Thriving Parents.
Thriving Teens.
Thriving Schools.

How will you thrive?

The Genesis of Thrive

Thrive Consulting & Coaching was born from Jenell's deep understanding of the challenges facing today’s young people, their families, and their schools. After 25 years in education, working closely with students, parents, and schools, she saw a growing need for guidance, support, and practical solutions. Recognizing that teens and parents often feel overwhelmed by the pressures of modern life, and schools are facing more challenges than ever before, Jenell founded Thrive to create a space where families and schools can find the tools, insights, and encouragement they need. Through coaching, workshops, and consulting, Thrive is dedicated to nurturing resilient, compassionate, and capable future leaders in thriving families and schools.

Meet Jenell

Thrive Consultant, Coach, and Innovator

Jenell is dedicated to empowering people and organizations to become the most dynamic and intentional versions of themselves. With 25 years of experience in education—as a school leader, teacher, and mentor—she has a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing students, parents, and educators today. Jenell is passionate about creating systems of support that foster resilience, compassion, and courage in the next generation of leaders.

Through her work, she recognized the increasing pressures on both teens and their parents. Teens are navigating a complex landscape of social, academic, and emotional challenges, while parents often feel isolated and uncertain about how to support their children effectively. Jenell saw a growing need for practical advice, non-judgmental guidance, and emotional support, leading her to develop Thrive Consulting & Coaching.

Thrive offers a holistic approach to supporting families and schools. Through parent and teen coaching, group sessions, and workshops, Jenell provides the tools and insights needed to strengthen relationships and promote healthy development. She also offers school consulting services, recognizing that strong, supportive educational environments are crucial for the growth and success of young people.

At the heart of Thrive Consulting & Coaching is a commitment to nurturing the systems—whether at home, in school, or within the individual—that contribute to the development of healthy, responsible young people. Jenell’s mission is to support the growth of resilient future leaders who are prepared to thrive in the world.
